ULI Residents Celebrate Summer at the 2025 Fun Fair

A perfect night on the lake brought together more than 350 residents for an evening of food, fun, and community.

On August 15th, Urban Land Interests hosted the annual ULI Fun Fair at Brittingham Boats, and the event was a wonderful reminder of what makes our residential communities so special. Over 350 residents joined us on the on Monona Bay to enjoy good food, great company, and an array of summer activities.

Guests were treated to a delicious spread from FoodFight Catering, featuring crowd favorites like walking tacos, a build-your-own street corn station, and a colorful assortment of desserts. To keep the summer spirit alive, Kona Shaved Ice offered refreshing frozen treats, while Square Wine poured a thoughtful selection of wines. Residents especially enjoyed the cotton candy station, adding a nostalgic carnival touch to the evening.

Entertainment was a highlight this year, with Funny Faces Entertainment providing face painting, balloon sculpting, and caricature artists that kept everyone smiling. We also brought in carnival flair with a duck pond prize game and a variety of yard games for casual fun throughout the evening.
For those who wanted to get out on the water, Brittingham Boats opened up rentals exclusively for ULI residents. Guests paddled across the bay in kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, and canoes, taking full advantage of the warm summer night and beautiful downtown setting. Of course, no Fun Fair would be complete without a prize drawing. Residents had the chance to win a wide range of giveaways, adding a little extra excitement to the evening.
