General Information
The rooftop terrace at US Bank Plaza is a spacious outdoor area which directly overlooks the Capitol Square, offering some of the best views of the WI State Capitol building that Madison has to offer.
The fully landscaped rooftop terrace offers increased space, shade structures, and a wide variety of carefully selected furniture and seating options. There is plenty of room for individuals to step away from their desks to enjoy the fresh air or for businesses to host anything from a small outdoor meeting or happy hour to large full-terrace events. All US Bank Plaza tenants can take advantage of this great new outdoor space during normal business hours from 7AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday, or the terrace can be reserved for private, tenant-sponsored events or functions.
The terrace can be easily accessed by taking the main US Bank Plaza elevators up to the 4th floor. The terrace entrance is located directly off of the 4th floor elevator lobby. Restrooms can be found on the 1st floor of the building.
