The Coworking Community Associate is the welcoming face and first point of contact for Urban Office Co. Rooted in hospitality; this role is responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences to every member and guest who walks through our doors. The Associate builds meaningful relationships across the community, anticipates member needs before they arise, and ensures that every touchpoint – from the front desk greeting to a tidy, well stocked kitchen – reflects a culture of warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. 

Beyond day-to-day services, this position plays a key role in maintaining clean, show-ready spaces and curating community culture through events, partnerships, and proactive engagement. About the Role

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to assist in the administrative, clerical, and business tasks supporting ULI’s President and Commercial Leasing team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, drafting correspondence, taking meeting minutes, preparing reports, and serving as a liaison to various stakeholders. To succeed in this position, you must have a strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking and time management skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. This role plays a key part in supporting ULI’s vision to create and sustain exceptional buildings and tenant relationships that strengthen our communities.
