ULI strives to offer a great benefit package to employees. Full-time staff are eligible for the following: health, dental (100% company paid), and vision insurance, as well as HSA and FSA plans. Company paid benefits include: short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life and AD&D insurance and 401K with a company match. Supplemental benefits are available for purchase. Additional perks include a generous PTO bank, educational opportunities, paid parental leave, 8 paid holidays per year, a variety of paid bereavement, and paid parking downtown.
