Office Downtown

Urban Land Interests has developed and manages more than 1.36 million rentable square feet of office and retail space in downtown Madison, primarily on the Capitol Square. Of this total, about 250,000 square feet is dedicated to retail, restaurant, banking, and service uses. ULI’s commercial leasing team maintains strong relationships with broker partners to ensure a seamless leasing process.

Function

ULI employs a professional team that includes technical engineers, general maintenance, security staff, parking administration, and housekeeping. We manage these operations in house to ensure consistent, high quality service for our tenants.
