Pinnacle Health and Fitness offers personal training, boot camp fitness, group exercise, and state-of-the-art-equipment at their downtown location on the Capitol Square. They have a second location in Fitchburg.

Features: Group exercise classes, free weights, cardio, functional space, sauna, steam and a hot tub. The Fitchburg location also offers both indoor and outdoor pools.

Saturday / Sunday: 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM
