Celebrating Community at the ULI Resident Block Party

ULI residents came together for an evening of food, entertainment and community at our annual Resident Block Party on August 14th.

Hosted at SEVEN27 and Tobacco Lofts, this year's event welcomed more than 350 guests from across ULI's residential communities for an evening of food, entertainment and time spent with neighbors.

Local favorites El Grito Taqueria and Banzo served dinner throughout the evening, while Kona Ice provided a sweet treat for guests. Blue Plate Catering rounded out the offerings with a hosted bar featuring beer, wine and seltzers.

There was plenty to do throughout the evening, with yard games and entertainment from Funny Faces, including face painting, caricature artists and balloon creations for guests of all ages. Residents also had the opportunity to enter to win prizes while spending the evening catching up with neighbors and meeting residents from other ULI communities.

Resident events are an important part of creating a sense of community beyond the walls of our properties. The annual Block Party gives residents from throughout our portfolio an opportunity to come together, connect and simply enjoy an evening with their neighbors.

Thank you to the more than 350 guests who joined us and helped make this year's Block Party such a success, as well as our vendors and ULI team members who helped bring the event to life.
