Urban Land Interests Commitment to Sustainability Through Annual Electronics Recycling Event

Urban Land Interests is proud to share the continued success of our annual electronics recycling initiative in partnership with File13 E-Waste Solutions.

Thanks to participation from our commercial tenants, this year’s event resulted in 5,343 pounds of mixed electronics being properly recycled and diverted from landfills.

For more than 10 years, ULI has partnered with File13 to help make responsible electronics recycling more accessible for tenants across our portfolio. The annual event provides businesses with an easy and sustainable way to properly dispose of outdated electronics while helping reduce environmental impact.

This year’s total continues a strong trend of participation and sustainability efforts across our properties:

• 2022 – 6,250 lbs
• 2023 – 5,037 lbs
• 2024 – 5,121 lbs
• 2025 – 5,244 lbs
• 2026 – 5,343 lbs

At Urban Land Interests, sustainability is not limited to a single day or event. From building operations to tenant initiatives, we continue looking for meaningful ways to support environmentally responsible practices throughout our communities.
