ULI and SEVEN27 Receive 2016 Mayor's Neighborhood Design Award

Urban Land Interests and SEVEN27 are proud to announce that they are the recipients of the 2016 Mayor’s Neighborhood Design Award for “Dynamic Multi-family Design.”

The first-ever Mayor’s Neighborhood Design Awards celebrated outstanding contributions to the life and vitality of the City of Madison. Located at 727 Lorillard Court in the Yards District of the Bassett Neighborhood, SEVEN27 was designed by the renowned architectural firm Valerio Dewalt Train Associates and is locally owned and managed by Urban Land Interests.
