Tenney Plaza
Tenney Plaza occupies a prime Capitol Square location at the corner of Pinckney and Main Streets. This historic Art Deco building, constructed in 1930, has an extraordinary main lobby with original marble and brass fixtures. Tenney Plaza, Madison's first steel frame high-rise, is a ten story mixed-use building with ground floor retail and upper floor office suites. This building includes an atrium, built in 1984, that interconnects Tenney Plaza with the adjacent U.S. Bank Plaza.
