Pet Policy

Urban Land Interests has a number of apartment communities for you and your furry family member to consider. Please be sure to review our pet friendly locations and added pet policy details for dogs and cats below.

Pet Requirements 

All pets, dogs 6 months and older, must be spayed or neutered and current on rabies vaccines

Before a pet can be approved at an Urban Land Interests Community you will provide the following to OurPetPolicy.com: 

Pet Photo | Documentation of up to date rabies vaccine | Documentation of spay/neuter

Pet Limitations

In our studio and one-bedroom apartments, you can have either one cat and one dog or up to two cats. In our two- and three-bedroom homes, you’re welcome to have one cat and one dog, up to two cats, or up to two dogs.
